Buffalo Bookshelf: An Explorer's Guide to Western New York
Another Local Interest Book Worth Checking Out...An Explorer's Guide to Western New York
By Christine A. Smyczynski
This book is written for the casual tourist whether of local origin or from the other side of the world.
And
we say of local origin because often, those who would benefit the most
from such a tour are those who have lived within two hours of most of
waht is covered in this book and have seen little or none of the places
featured, perhaps haven't even heard of many. For ExPat's this is great
since we fall into both categories at once: local explorers, and
tourists from beyond. It's sometimes the most fun to be a tourist in
your home area and discover everything you missed when you lived here.
This way you actually get to have a vacation, in the sense of seeing
new places and things, while going back home.
